Ruby passed away suddenly from an undiagnosed medical complication. She became ill and we took her to our veterinarians
                  for numerous tests, non of which found the true source of her illness. This has left a huge void in our lives, as she was too young
                  to leave us this suddenly!  Ruby was an excellent mother, giving  us many beautiful pups, who are giving joy to families throughout
                 Washington, Oregon, California, British Columbia, and as far  away as Wisconsin.
                      She was an excellent hunter, watchdog, and a loving family member of the Johnson household. She considered herself as the
                 "Alpha dog" and she made sure all knew her ranking, yet she was loving too, spending many hours playing with our newest pup
                 Windy.  She will be dearly missed by us all.                        Back
