3/25/10 Update:
It's
amazing how quickly these pups change in size, personality, etc.
They are very active and have been getting lots of socialization
with kids, and adults handling them and playing with them. The
weekend of March 27th those pups who are already sold will be
leaving for their new homes. There are still 3 pups left for
sale so if your interested in one of the pups give Bob a call or
e-mail us. Detailed photos of the 3 pups for

spend their nights outdoors. They are close to being totally
weaned from their mother. The litter of pups are scheduled to
have their vaccinations, worming, and a health check-up on March

On 12/04/2009 our male "Cooper" was used for stud
service in breeding a friends female AKC registered GSP. Bob
Hickok is very fond of his 7-3/4 year old female "Starr" and her
excellent hunting ability and he decided he wanted her to have a
litter of pups before she became too old. He planned on
keeping a female pup from this litter to eventually replace
Starr when she becomes too old to still hunt. (Bob kept Female
#3 from this litter. To view a couple
of photos of Starr (when she was younger) as well as pedigree
information click on this link---->

A litter of 8 pups was
whelped 2/1/2010. (5 males and 3 females) 5 pups are white/liver/patched and three are
99% solid liver. Tails were docked & dew claws removed 3 days
after birth. All pups are strong, healthy, and doing well &
Starr is doing a fine job as a mother. The solid liver pups will
remain solid liver, however we expect color changes (lots of
ticking) to occur on most (if not all) of the
white/liver/patched pups.
